How and when do I get paid?

Earnings are calculated monthly (by the 16th) with a €200 minimum payout threshold.
- Private: Earnings are added to your Flex balance (withdraw via the Services tab).
- Business: We generate a purchase order; once confirmed, payment is wired to your bank account.

(Fees are automatically deducted before the net amount is shown).

How do I track Flex activity and earnings?

Activity: Your Dashboard will show a "Flex Active" icon and switch to "Flex control" mode during an event.

Earnings: Revenue typically appears in the Services tab 1–2 hours after an event finishes.

Will Flex affect my battery life or daily usage?

Impact is minimal. Events are automatic, usually last only a few minutes, and power levels vary based on real-time grid needs (meaning your battery won't always push max power). Your system returns to normal immediately after.

Why can't I click the "Payout" button?

The button is disabled if:

1. Your balance is under €200.

2. You are not logged in as the Account Owner.

3. You are a Business Customer (requires B2B invoicing process).

What do the diagonal stripes on my Inverter plan bar mean?

Diagonal stripes are a visual signal that MarkeDroid is proactively preparing your system for upcoming energy market opportunities. They appear on your Inverter Plan Bar when Pool Readiness commands are active and your site needs a quick adjustment to stay within the required response limits.

To keep you on track, our system automatically adjusts your site’s plan and charges your batteries if it detects you are approaching or have moved outside these limits. This ensures your hardware meets the necessary criteria so you can continue to participate and earn without interruption.
